We've had a service contract for our HVAC with JRB for 4 years now for good reason. Everyone we've dealt with has been so honest and professional. Dustin came by today to check out our AC as I thought we had a couple of issues of leakage. He was thorough and explained that he did not find anything wrong and gave a me a few tips on what might be happening when I thought our AC wasn't working on a hot day. He couldn't have been more professional and overall just nice. I recommend them to all our neighbors and friends

He explains things clearly and answers all my questions patiently. He never tries to upsell. I can't recommend him or JRB highly enough.
